Why does it take so long to download?

Each request sends a command to the server, which sometimes places a heavy load on it, causing delays in processing. This can lead to a wait time of a few seconds.

How many Credits or Points will be used for downloading?

What do I get when I buy a package?

When you buy a package, you receive a balance in Credit & Point. This balance acts as a currency that you can use to download or purchase items here. The higher the package you buy, the more Point you receive.

When will my balance be updated after I successfully top up?

Your balance is usually updated automatically. However, in some cases, manual verification may be required.

What’s the difference between Credit and Point?

Credit and Point essentially serve the same purpose. However, with higher packages, you also receive Points. When you download items, the system will deduct from your Point balance first.

How long is my balance valid?

Your balance does not expire. As long as you have a sufficient balance for downloads, you can use it at any time.
